Read Across America Day

As Miss Black & Gold for the District of Mississippi, a portion of Charence's platform "Creating the I in Me" involves a partnership with Read Across America. For Read Across America Day and Dr. Seuss's birtday she was invited to visit Camden Elementary School and Key Elementary School as a guest speaker for the elementary scholars.
