Charence Higgins KCACTF Irene Ryan Nominee

Based on her outstanding performance as Miss Eunice Evers in the feature play, Miss Evers Boys, Charence Higgins has been nominated by national adjudicators to compete in the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival as an Irene Ryan Nominee.
